Some documents may need to be notarized and signed by local county clerk before it can be certified from the Secretary of State. Some countries require different type of authentication”Apostille”, click here for a list of the

According to the rules of the embassy of Iran, your documents must be
strictly certified by the same secretary of state where they were issued. The state of
requires documents to be certified from the clerk of the court of the county
where the notary public was commissioned, before obtaining the secretary of state
certification.US Legalization does not have the information to help sending your
documents to your county. Please have your documents certified by your county clerk of
the court and your secretary of state in order that we can help you.
